Lamb
Lamb is a blessed raw material that can be prepared in countless ways. In Norway, lamb is slaughtered in both fall and spring, but it's in the fall that you'll find the largest selection of lamb in stores.
Lamb has a strong and somewhat austere flavor, so beers with mild and not too bitter flavor elements work well here. Keep in mind that when we recommend the beer style Bitter for lamb, for example, a Bitter is not a distinctly bitter beer.
