Game meat

Elk, deer, reindeer and roe deer. We are lucky to have access to so much good game meat in Norway. Venison stew, roast venison, roe deer medallion, reindeer caviar or roast elk?

There are, of course, many good beer styles to combine with game meat too. Here we tend to choose slightly strong and flavorful beer styles, but note that both lager and non-alcoholic varieties are a good accompaniment to game meat.
